There’s just something about pizza rolls that takes me back to my childhood. I mean, who didn’t eat pizza rolls as a kid? Me and my sisters devoured them lol! Now, having children of my own, I love watching them enjoy the same foods I did at their age.
While I love the taste of original pizza rolls, I wanted to add in more nutritional value to my own recipe. What did I choose to add? You guessed it—spinach!! Spinach is a must-have in your daily diet. It contains so many health benefits that most people don’t even realize!

Spinach is super rich in Vitamins A, C, and K. It’s also great for those with low iron levels. You can eat spinach raw in salads, or steamed. Such a great addition to your diet.
For these Spinach & Pepperoni Pizza Rolls, I decided to use pre-made pizza dough. Like most households, things can get a bit crazy during the week, and I rarely have time to make a fancy meal. I found pre-made dough to be the best option for me.
