Easter is just around the corner! This is such a special time to spend with family. Each year, I always look forward to coming up with fun, yummy treats for the kids. I absolutely love those sweet pastel colors…the pinks, yellows, purples and blues. This year, I came up with the perfect Easter snack. I promise, you’re going to LOVE it!!
This Easy Easter Popcorn Mix with White Chocolate & Mini Eggs is soooo good y’all!! It’s great for goodie bags, Easter baskets, or just a fun snack. In my opinion, nothing quite beats the savory & sweet combination of gourmet popcorn! And now, you can make your own at home! Let’s get started!
How to Make Easter Popcorn
First of all, I like to make my popcorn the old-fashioned way. Do you? Simply add a couple of tablespoons of oil to a large pot and add in about 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover and cook on med-high heat. While the popcorn is popping, melt your white chocolate chips, and divide the melted white chocolate into 4 small bowls. Add a drop of food coloring in each bowl and stir.
Next, line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the popcorn and graham crackers on top, and drizzle the colored white chocolate onto the popcorn and graham cracker mixture. Sprinkle the mini chocolate eggs and sprinkles on top. Place in the refrigerator until the white chocolate has set. Break apart and Enjoy! Isn’t it beautiful?!!

Easy Easter Popcorn Mix with White Chocolate & Mini Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 cups popcorn
- 2 cups graham crackers broken into pieces
- ¼ cup candy coated chocolate eggs
- 1 cup melted white chocolate divided into 4 bowls
- Blue food coloring
- Purple food coloring
- Yellow food coloring
- Pink food coloring
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the popcorn and graham crackers on top. Set aside.
- Gather the 4 small bowls, containing the melted white chocolate, and add a drop of food coloring in each bowl and stir.
- One bowl at a time, drizzle the colored white chocolate onto the popcorn and graham cracker mixture.
- Sprinkle the chocolate eggs and sprinkles on top. Place in the refrigerator until the white chocolate has set.
- Break apart and Enjoy!
