Spinach & Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough or 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce divided plus more for dipping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 & ½ cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2/3 cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Roll pizza dough out to approximately a 16" x 14" square.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the dough, and top with mozzarella, spinach, and pepperoni. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt/pepper on top.
  • Roll dough cinnamon roll style and cut into 12 slices. Place in a greased baking dish and bake for about 13-15 minutes, or until dough is golden brown.
  • Cool for 5 minutes and serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping! Enjoy!
