Crispy Oven Fried Ranch Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Argo® Corn Starch
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 packet ranch flavored seasonings
  • 1 lb chicken breast tenderloins
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In shallow dish, combine Argo® Corn Starch, flour, and ranch flavored seasonings. In another shallow dish, add eggs. Coat chicken with flour mixture; dip into egg mixture, and then dip into the flour mixture again. Place onto baking sheet and sprinkle with salt/pepper to taste.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Turn oven to broil (higcook for an additional 3 minutes, until coating is golden brown.
