Add some excitement to lunchtime with these delicious Mini Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps!
I’m a huge fan of Caesar salad, but my kids could definitely do without it! It’s not that they don’t like the taste, I think they are more turned off by the sophistication of a bowl of salad!
Because of this, I’ve come up with the perfect solution…Mini Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps! My kids love anything on a skewer, so I decided to make wraps and put them on these convenient wooden skewers!

It was very easy to do! I cut the wraps into about 1 inch pinwheels and placed them on the skewers. I also placed cherry tomatoes in between each pinwheel to make it really cute!
The kids really enjoyed this treat and it’s also perfect to pack in their lunchboxes!
