Easy Veggie Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp thyme minced
- 2 Tbsp oil
- Salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet to med-high heat, add hashbrowns, bell pepper, onion, and thyme. Toss for about 5-7 minutes or until hashbrowns and veggies are soft. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
