DIY Peanut Butter Cookie Ice Cream Sundae Bar

Like most kids, my kids absolutely LOVE ice cream! They would eat it for every meal if I let them lol! Whenever we go shopping at Dollar General, I always make sure to pick up a pack of NUTTER BUTTER Cookies! How to Set Up an Ice Cream Sundae Bar

Putting together this DIY Peanut Butter Cookie Ice Cream Sundae Bar was a breeze! All you need are a few items.

Supplies:

·      NUTTER BUTTER Cookies

·      Ice cream – we used chocolate and vanilla

·      Fun sprinkles

·      Peanut butter

·      Hot fudge

·      Whipped cream

·      Ice cream bowls or cups

·      Spoons & napkins

I’ve put together a few ice cream bars over the years, and one thing I’ve learned is that scooping up the ice cream ahead of time is the way to go–especially if you’re serving it to a group of kids. It makes it a lot easier (and a lot less messy) for them to create that perfect sundae!

My kids had a blast with this simple Peanut Butter Cookie Ice Cream Sundae Bar! They loved the shape of the NUTTER BUTTER Cookies and kept dipping them in their ice cream! I got in on the fun and made myself a NUTTER BUTTER sundae too! The combo of the chocolate ice cream and the NUTTER BUTTER Cookies was AMAZING!!
