Can you believe that Halloween is almost here? This is one of those holidays where anything goes lol! And, the spookier, the better! Here at my home, we go all out! My boys and I love dressing up as our favorite characters.. my hubby even gets involved. It’s just a ton of fun!

Another thing we enjoy is coming up with fun and crazy Halloween snack ideas, like this Spooky Halloween Popcorn Mix! Do you see those eyes? LOL! Pretty spooky, huh?
It may look spooky, but it’s oh-so delicious, and super easy to make. The kids could definitely help out with this one. All you need for this recipe is popcorn, pretzels, candy eyeballs, white chocolate, and food coloring.
I recommend using oil based food coloring so that it doesn’t alter the texture of the melted white chocolate.
I think the purple and orange colors are just amazing, don’t you? Brings out that Halloween vibe just perfectly.

Spooky Halloween Popcorn Mix
Ingredients
- 6 cups popcorn
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- ¼ cup mini candy eyeballs
- 1 cup melted white chocolate divided
- Orange food coloring
- Purple food coloring
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Gather 2 medium bowls, in the first bowl combine ½ cup melted white chocolate and a few drops of orange food coloring. Add in the 3 cups of popcorn and ½ cup of pretzels, and toss.
- Spread the orange popcorn mixture onto the sheet pan and sprinkle half of the mini candy eyeballs on top.
- Take the second medium bowl and combine ½ cup melted white chocolate and a few drops of purple food coloring. Add in the 3 cups of popcorn and ½ cup of pretzels, and toss.
- Spread the purple popcorn mixture onto the sheet pan and sprinkle the rest of the mini candy eyeballs on top. Place in the refrigerator until the white chocolate has set.
- Break apart and Enjoy!
