Are your kids spinach lovers?? My kids will eats spinach every now and then, but for the most part it’s a no! If you haven’t realized it by now, I am super persistent!! I made it my mission to continue to introduce my kids to green veggies until they at least gave it a fair try! I can accept them not liking a certain food, but only AFTER they’ve tasted it! Lol! There have been times that they’ve looked at a plate of green beans and said, I don’t like it!

I used a spinach-based bow tie pasta, which added some essential vitamins and minerals! Using veggie-based pastas is a great way to introduce your kids to veggies, especially if your kids are very particular about what they eat!

Easy Heirloom Tomato Spinach Bow-Tie Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach bow-tie pasta cooked
- 1 cup heirloom tomatoes chopped
- 1/3 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- Salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add pasta, heirloom tomatoes, and Zesty Italian Dressing. Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
- Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
