Who wouldn’t love to have pizza for snack? This Super Duper Fruity Pizza is such a fun snack that is bursting with deliciousness and wholesome goodness!
If your kids are anything like mine, they could eat pizza every day of the week! As a healthier compromise, I decided to make these delicious Super Duper Fruity Pizzas! These pizzas could be eaten for snack time or as a healthy breakfast!

Instead of using a cookie for the crust, I used the tops of whole grain sandwich thins and topped them with cinnamon and a hint of sweetness! The vanilla Greek yogurt and fruit toppings help to make this snack hearty enough for the toughest snacker by providing a great source of protein, fiber, potassium, and antioxidants!

Super Duper Fruity Pizza
Ingredients
- 6 whole grain sandwich thins tops only
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 and ½ tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
- 4 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Spread evenly over each sandwich thin top. Bake for about 5 mins and set aside to cool.
- When tops are cool, top each one with 1 tbsp of vanilla Greek yogurt, strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries. You can make any design you want with the fruit!
