Easy Veggie Breakfast Hash

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme minced
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet to med-high heat, add hashbrowns, bell pepper, onion, and thyme. Toss for about 5-7 minutes or until hashbrowns and veggies are soft. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
