WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE GRINCH HOT CHOCOLATE BOMBS
This treat is really simple to make. First, make sure that you have the right molds to make the sphere shape. I ordered these silicone molds from Amazon and they worked perfectly. Once you have the right molds on hand, you’ll need to purchase a good quality chocolate bar or chocolate morsels, hot chocolate mix, marshmallows, holiday sprinkles, and green food coloring.
My favorite brand of food coloring is Watkin’s Food Coloring because it’s all-natural. Click HERE to check it out!

HOW TO MAKE GRINCH HOT CHOCOLATE BOMBS
Start by melting your white chocolate morsels in the microwave, and stirring it every 15 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted. Add in a few drops of green food coloring and stir. If your chocolate becomes too thick, add just a drop of vegetable oil or melted coconut oil.
Use a spoon to place the melted white chocolate into each mold, and the back of the spoon to smooth the chocolate around the molds. Place the molds into the refrigerator until set, and then remove the green white chocolate spheres from the molds and place them onto a baking sheet.
Fill half of the chocolate spheres with hot chocolate mix and marshmallows, and place the remaining spheres, one by one, into a hot skillet or hot plate for about one second. Immediately place on top of one of the hot chocolate & marshmallow filled spheres, and seal the two pieces together.
