Jalapeno Cheddar Hot Dog Mummies

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Jalapeno Cheddar NAE Pork Brats
  • 2 packages crescent roll dough
  • For eyes: sliced black olives & cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Open your crescent roll package and unroll the dough. Press the perforations to seal them together.
  • Cut the dough into ¼ inch strips and wrap the pieces of dough around each brat, letting it overlap and criss-cross. Leave a space at one end for the mummy’s face.
  • Place each wrapped hot dog on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and brats are completely cooked through.
  • To make the eyes, fill the center of each sliced black olive with a small amount of cream cheese and place 2 of the cream-cheese filled olives on the open space of each mummy.
