One-Pot Meatballs & Green Beans with Mushrooms

  • 1- pound frozen meatballs
  • 1- pound frozen green beans
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons onion soup mix
  • ¾ cup sliced canned mushrooms
  • 2 cups white rice cooked
  • Salt/pepper to taste


  • Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add in oil, meatballs, and green beans. Cook for about 5 minutes and add in beef broth and onion soup mix.
  • Cook until the meatballs are tender and add in the canned mushrooms. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve with rice & enjoy!
