Cook noodles per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and spinach, and set aside.
In a large pot, on medium heat, melt the butter and add in the garlic. Cook until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Add in the pasta and the cream cheese mixture. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and add in the milk. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the cream cheese mixture and milk start to form a creamy sauce. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
